GW-12 Series Outdoor Rated Voltage 6--12kV High Voltage Disconnector Switch
The GW-12 series isolation switch, locking and operating principle are the same. The double-column structure, simple, strong, double-silver-plated copper bar, forging terminal board, base and trip and other spare parts are manufactured with precision grinding tool, and the matching is accurate and reliable. As a product specially used for outdoor use, the design and materials take fully into account the special requirements of operating environment, acid and alkali resistance and aging resistance. The post insulator may be of a ceramic type, a silicone rubber or a resin type.
Structure
This series of products by glass fiber epoxy resin pull-out rod, silicone rubber umbrella skirt, gold three-part composition. The silicone rubber umbrella skirt adopts integral injection pressure technology, which solves the key problems affecting the reliability of composite insulators. The connection between glass drawing rod and metal is advanced press bonding technology, equipped with automatic acoustic wave detection system, high strength, beautiful appearance, small size, light weight, gold galvanized can prevent corrosion, and can be used interchangeably with ceramic insulators.
